1. Size of Loan: 1MM to 4B  (Not exceeding 500MM in a single transaction at closing)

2. Short term Loan 1 Year to 2 Years

3. Long Term Loan: 3 years to 15 years

4. Interest Rate: 6% for short term loan 1-24 months

5. Interest Rate : 4% for long term loan 3 -15 years

6. Due diligence required after review of business plan and project approved

7. Security Options : Standby Letter Of Credit (SBLC),  SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle),  Insurance Guaranteed Bond

8. Duration of lending process : The full process until the first loan disburse will take 30 to 45 days depending on the security option used and time to establish.

9. Currency : US & EUR

10. Location For Closing : Switzerland, Spain, Turkey, Brazil or UAE
